REFUND POLICY

1. General Policy

Unguardable Athletics is a basketball organization that commits funds to gym rentals, officials, awards, equipment, staffing, uniforms, and event operations in advance. Because of these commitments, all registration payments are generally non-refundable unless specifically stated otherwise in writing.


2. U-League Showcase Event Refunds

Team Entry Fees

  • Team registration fees are non-refundable once the schedule has been released.
  • If a team withdraws more than 14 days before the event, a credit toward a future U-League event may be issued at the organization’s discretion.
  • Withdrawals made within 14 days of the event are not eligible for refunds or credits.

Event Cancellation by Unguardable Athletics

If the organization cancels an event and is unable to reschedule it, teams will receive either:

  • A full refund, or
  • A credit for a future event, at the organization’s discretion.

Partial Game Completion

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Forfeits
  • Team no-shows
  • Injuries
  • Ejections for misconduct
  • Games shortened due to circumstances beyond the organization’s control after the event has begun


3. Seasonal Team Programs

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable once ordered or reserved:

  • Player registration fees
  • Uniforms
  • Practice jerseys
  • Backpacks
  • Tournament entry fees already paid on behalf of the player
  • Administrative or processing fees

Withdrawal from a Season

If a player voluntarily leaves a team after the season has started, any remaining balance owed for committed expenses may still be due, and previously paid amounts will not be refunded.


4. Training Memberships & Private Training

Monthly Memberships

  • Membership fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the billing period begins.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the next billing date.

Private Training Sessions

  • Sessions canceled with 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled.
  • Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited without refund.


5. Camps, Clinics & Tryouts

  • Tryout fees are non-refundable.
  • Camp or clinic cancellations made 7 or more days before the start date may receive a credit toward a future program.
  • No refunds will be issued after the camp or clinic has begun.


6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds, when applicable, will typically be processed within 10–15 business days using the original payment method whenever possible.
