UNGUARDABLE ATHLETICS
Player & Parent Service Agreement
2026-2027 Season
This Player & Parent Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between
Unguardable Athletics (“UGA”) and the parent/legal guardian of the registered athlete.
The parent/guardian and athlete acknowledge that they have
read, understand, and agree to abide by all policies outlined below.
1. Program Commitment
Unguardable Athletics is committed to developing athletes through basketball instruction,
skill development, teamwork, discipline, accountability, leadership, and character.
Registration reserves your child’s roster position for the selected season.
Participation is contingent upon following all program rules and maintaining good standing
with the organization.2. Services Included
Depending on the selected program, registration may include:
- Player Registration
- Team Practices
- Strength & Conditioning
- League or Tournament Competition
- Coaching & Player Development
- Practice Facility Rental
- Team Administration
- Recruiting Exposure Opportunities (when applicable)
- Practice Jersey
- Game Uniform (if included in package)
Travel expenses, hotel accommodations, meals, and optional events are not included unless specifically stated.
3. Payment Policy
Parents agree to pay all registration fees according to the selected payment plan.
Payments are due on the scheduled dates.
Failure to make payments may result in:
- Suspension from practices
- Suspension from games
- Removal from tournament participation
- Removal from the team until the account is current.
Outstanding balances remain the responsibility of the parent/guardian.
4. No Refund Policy
All registration fees, deposits, monthly dues, tournament fees, and program payments
are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Because roster spots, gym rentals, coaching expenses, league fees, tournament
registrations, uniforms, and administrative costs are incurred immediately upon registration,
no refunds will be issued.
Refunds will only be considered under extraordinary circumstances and must be approved
in writing by the Executive Director of Unguardable Athletics.The Director’s decision
regarding refunds is final.5. Attendance
Athletes are expected to attend:
- Practices
- Strength & Conditioning Sessions
- Games
- Team Meetings
- Team Events
Repeated absences may affect:
- Playing time
- Tournament participation
- Team status
- Parents are responsible for notifying coaches of absences in advance whenever possible.
6. Playing Time
Unguardable Athletics does not guarantee playing time.
Playing time is earned through:
- Attendance
- Effort
- Coachability
- Preparation
- Positive Attitude
- Team Needs
- Game Situations
All playing time decisions are made solely by the coaching staff.
7. Parent Expectations
Parents agree to:
- Support coaches and staff.
- Display sportsmanship at all events.
- Allow coaches to coach.
- Encourage their child positively.
- Address concerns respectfully and privately.Parents shall not:
- Coach from the sidelines.
- Confront officials.
- Confront players.
- Create conflict among families.
- Undermine coaching decisions.
- Spread gossip or negative comments within the organization.
Failure to follow these expectations may result in disciplinary action.
8. Athlete Expectations
Athletes are expected to:
- Arrive on time.
- Bring proper equipment.
- Wear required practice gear.
- Respect teammates, coaches, officials, and opponents.
- Display good sportsmanship.
- Give maximum effort.
- Represent Unguardable Athletics with integrity.
Poor behavior may result in reduced playing time, suspension, or dismissal.
9. Communication Policy
Questions regarding playing time should not be discussed immediately following games.
Parents agree to wait at least 24 hours before requesting a meeting with a coach.
Meetings must be scheduled through the Director or Head Coach.
10. Code of Conduct
Any of the following may result in immediate disciplinary action:
- Fighting
- Bullying
- Harassment
- Profanity toward coaches or officials
- Threatening behavior
- Repeated disrespect
- Damage to facilities
- Violation of team policies
Discipline may include:
- Suspension
- Removal from games
- Removal from practices

11. Organization’s Right to Remove
Participants
Unguardable Athletics reserves the right to suspend or remove any athlete or parent whose
actions are determined to be detrimental to the organization, coaching staff, athletes, or
overall team environment.
If necessary, the Executive Director may immediately cancel a player’s participation for
conduct that negatively affects the program.
Removal from the program does not entitle the parent or athlete to a refund.
12. Photo & Media Release
Parents grant Unguardable Athletics permission to photograph and record athletes during
practices, games, tournaments, and events for promotional, educational, and social media
purposes unless written notice is provided before participation.
13. Injury Acknowledgement
Parents acknowledge basketball involves inherent risks of injury.
Participation is voluntary.
Parents assume responsibility for medical expenses related to injuries sustained during
participation.
14. Agreement
By registering, the parent/guardian and athlete acknowledge that they:
- Have read this Agreement.
- Understand all policies.
- Agree to abide by all rules.
- Understand the No Refund Policy.
- Understand that roster spots and playing time are not guaranteed.
- Understand that the Director has final authority regarding program participation, discipline, and refunds.
